A method for the separation and analysis of conjugates of neutral steroids in urine is
described. Following Amberlite XAD-2 extraction of steroids, separation into neutral,
glucuronide, monosulphate and disulphate conjugate groups was achieved by ion
exchange chromatography on the lipophilic gel, diethylaminohydroxypropyl Sephadex LH-
